When you respond to the cookie consent banner, a single preference value is stored in your own browser under the key solstice_consent. This is not transmitted to our server.

The personal information collected through the inquiry form is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed, to arrange and deliver a retirement readiness consultation or planning engagement. Specifically:

• To contact you about the consultation you requested
• To prepare for a consultation based on the situation you described

We do not use your personal information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your inquiry and delivering the engagement you request.

3. Retention and use periods

We retain inquiry information only as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

• If you do not proceed to an engagement, your inquiry is deleted within six months of our last correspondence.
• If you proceed to an engagement, the information you provided is retained for the duration of the engagement and for five years thereafter, consistent with records-keeping obligations under Korean commercial law, then deleted.

The consent preference stored in your browser remains until you clear your browser storage or change it through the banner.

4. Rights of the data subject

Under the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보보호법), you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to records we are required by law to retain

Inquiry submissions are sent by a POST request to a form handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry). Your information is not transmitted to any third party. There is no analytics provider, no advertising network, and no third-party form service in the path.
