Terms of service
These terms govern consultations and planning engagements with Solstice Retirement Planning Co., Ltd.
1. The service
Solstice Retirement Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “the practice”) offers retirement readiness consultations and tailored long-term savings planning engagements. The service is planning only. No investment product, insurance policy, or fund is sold through the practice, and no specific investment return is promised.
2. How an engagement is formed
An engagement begins when you submit an inquiry and we confirm the scope and fee in writing. Until that written confirmation, no engagement exists and no fee is payable. The written confirmation records the deliverables, the number of sessions, and the fee.
3. Fees
This site does not list package terms or fees, because every engagement is sized to where the client stands and the matters they raise. The fee for your engagement appears in the written confirmation and is payable on the terms set out there. Fees are quoted in Korean won where applicable.
4. Your responsibilities
To make a consultation productive, you are asked to provide accurate information about your pension entitlements, savings balances, and expected living costs. The plan we produce is only as sound as the information it is built on. If your circumstances change after the engagement, the plan should be revisited.
5. What the plan is — and is not
The written savings plan is a planning document based on assumptions stated within it. It is not investment advice, a guarantee of any outcome, or a recommendation to buy or sell any product. Decisions about specific products remain yours to make, with any provider you choose.
6. Cancellation and refund
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in full on the refund policy page. In summary, an engagement may be cancelled before work has begun for a full refund; once work has begun, the amount refundable depends on the stage reached.
7. Mail-order disclosure
This practice has filed a mail-order report under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. The mail-order report number is 제2026-서울송파-0148호, recorded with the Songpa-gu office, Seoul, and is shown here in accordance with Korean disclosure requirements.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page before it takes effect. The date of the most recent change is recorded in the footer of this site.
9. Contact and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For any question, contact the representative director, Kim Do-hyun, at +82-2-418-6953 or info@solstice-frame.digital.
